How to Order

Shopping with us is made easy.

You simply put your items in the shopping cart, and then submit your order when ready. After you choose and before you pay, you can make changes to the order if desired. It is that simple.

How do I make a purchase?

With each item listed, there is a box called "QTY or Quantity." Enter the number of items you would like to purchase in the quantity box. After you have entered the items you require, click the "ADD TO CART" Button. You will then go to YOUR SHOPPING CART. At this point you can decide to continue shopping, cancel or submit the order. The CONTINUE SHOPPING button will take you to our product guide page which guides you to the next item you would like to purchase

When you have finished shopping dlick the "Submit Order" button, you will be prompted to fill out an order form. Please note that you must fill out each box and then click on the "PROCEED" Button. If you miss a box you will be prompted to fill in the correct shipping and credit card information.

How do I know my order has been completed?

You will see a page thanking you for placing an order with us. You will also receive an email confirming your order.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the internet?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Master Card and Visa.

Shipping & Handling

Note: The cost of Shipping & Handling will be calculated and added to your final order depending on which shipping option you choose.

What is your shipping policy for American customers?

Our default shipping method is UPS ground. You have the option of choosing other shipping methods in the drop down box on the shopping cart. Special shipping requirements can be included in our comments section.

Delivery expectations via UPS ground to major US centers is 3-5 business days to the East Coast, Mid West and 4 - 7 days to the West Coast.

Please allow one day's grace for order processing.

What is your shipping policy for International Customers?

FASTEST DELIVERY - FULLY TRACEABLE - MOST EXPENSIVE:
UPS Expedited or Express depending on the country - Guaranteed delivery to all destinations served in 3 - 5 business days. Aproximate cost of delivery: you can expect a price range from $65 - $200US depending on country and weight of shipment.

SLOWER DELIVERY - LEAST EXPENSIVE:
Global Express Mail (EMS) - Delivery from 2 - 4 weeks to most international destinations. Aproximate cost of delivery: you can expect a price range from $20 - $80US depending on country and weight of shipment.

How do I estimate the cost of shipping?

NOTE: An additional $6.00 handling on regular shipments ($20 for rush) will be added to the carrier's actual shipping cost.
